Even though most people will think of Thai food when you mention Bangkok, the fact is you can get everything from American to Vietnamese food in the Big Mango. And thanks to the world class hotels dotting the city you can often get some very special meals. The Sukhothai has taken this to the extreme and have created a series of dinners which they call The Art of Dining which showcases individual chefs.

The 2011 Art of Dining series kicks off with the first Michelin star chef to cook at the Sukhothai; chef Claude Bosi who is the chef owner of the Hibiscus Restaurant in London. Chef Bosi earned his first Michelin star in 2001 and earned the second several years later in 2004.
